1. Check Your Eligibility

Verify that you meet the program requirements: you must be a specialist in your field, between 22-35 years old, and planning to work in one of our participating cities.

2. Complete the Registration Form

Fill out our comprehensive application form with your personal details, professional background, and specific support needs. Be sure to include all required documentation.

3. Participate in a Brief Interview

Selected applicants will be invited for a virtual interview to discuss their career goals, support needs, and how the program can best assist them.

4. Receive Your Acceptance

Successful applicants will receive an acceptance notification along with a personalized support plan tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

5. Begin Your Urban Journey

The program is designed for young professionals aged 22-35 who have completed their education and are starting or advancing their careers in one of our participating cities. You must be employed or have a job offer in a qualifying profession, which includes healthcare, education, technology, engineering, public service, and creative industries.

Our housing support varies based on your needs and eligibility. This may include assistance in finding affordable housing options, guidance on neighborhood selection, roommate matching services, and resources for understanding rental agreements. Some participants may also qualify for housing subsidies or access to program-affiliated housing units.

Most program benefits are available for up to three years, giving you sufficient time to establish yourself in your new urban environment. Some services, such as community events and professional networking, remain available to alumni beyond the three-year period.

Program participants have access to a variety of professional development resources, including industry-specific workshops, leadership training, networking events, and mentorship matching. We also offer career counseling and support for professional certification or continuing education relevant to your field.

The application process includes an online registration form, submission of supporting documentation (such as proof of employment or job offer, educational credentials), and a virtual interview. Applications are reviewed quarterly, and decisions are typically made within 4-6 weeks after the application deadline.
